Several incidents led to a busy Sunday for Cape Cod first responders.
In Yarmouth, a beachgoer was taken to Cape Cod Hospital shortly after 3 p.m. after being injured by an umbrella that was picked up by the wind.
Sandwich authorities say at around 3:30 p.m., two adults and two children in kayaks were unable to return to the land off of Salt Marsh Lane and a fire boat had to bring them to shore.
In Cotuit, two people ended up in the water off of Sampson's Island when their boat capsized.
Both were wearing personal floatation devices and a Harbormaster vessel responded to assist them.
