Rainey Guilty Of East Falmouth Murder

Cape and Islands District Attorney Robert Galibois has announced that Charee Rainey has been found guilty of first-degree murder in the 2022 death of a man in East Falmouth.

Rainey was convicted by a jury on Wednesday for his involvement in the murder of 41-year-old Douglas Rose over a drug debt.

Galibois says Rainey will be sent to prison to serve a sentence of life without the possibility of parole.

Rainey's co-defendant, Tishaun Miller, was convicted last year of murdering Rose and was sentenced to life without parole.
