School Bus Drivers Averting Strike After Tentative Deal Reached

School bus drivers are averting a strike after a tentative deal has been reached.

On Tuesday, First Student Incorporated and the Teamsters reached a tentative contract agreement.

This deal covers over 17-thousand workers across the country.

Teamsters leaders said workers had overwhelmingly authorized a strike in recent days.

The union credited this authorization with securing the deal.\
