Officials in Falmouth say construction of the Town's Great Pond Phase 1 sewer project will begin in Route 28 on the east side of the Sandwich Road intersection on Wednesday, April 1st.
Route 28 will be closed between Sandwich Road and Maravista Avenue Extension from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Route 28 will be open on Friday and through the weekend.
Starting April 6th and continuing through May 22nd, work on that section of Route 28 will take place Mondays through Thursdays from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.
There will be no construction for the project between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
