State Senator Julian Cyr says Massachusetts lawmakers are pushing for bold housing policy and it's encouraging that the federal delegation doing the same in Congress.
He says U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren's 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act has passed in a bipartisan show of recognition that housing is one of the nation's top priorities.
Cyr says from limiting corporate investors from snapping up single-family homes to making it easier to build more housing, the bill recognizes that communities must use every tool available to lower costs and create more affordable housing.
