Barnstable County officials say they are excited to welcome Dr. Paul Kolstad as Deputy Director of the county's Department of Health and Environment.
Dr. Kolstad brings more than 25 years of public health leadership experience through his work with the U.S. Agency for International Development.
Most recently he served in Sierra Leone, overseeing programs addressing public health, pandemic preparedness, democratic governance reform, and community development.
The Doctor says he looks forward to working with the Barnstable County team to address the public health issues facing the community.
