State Representative Steven Xiarhos says the Veterans Empowerment Center in Sandwich has received a new delivery of winter coats for veterans.
He says he's thankful for the Massachusetts Military Support Foundation, the Elijah Project, Ocean State Job Lot, Home Depot, and other partners who have made Operation Coats for Vets a success.
Xiarhos says the brand-new coats are distributed to veterans throughout the Commonwealth and it makes a real difference.
