Authorities are looking into another accident that injured a worker.
This one happened around 8:30 Friday morning at a cranberry bog along County Road in Bourne.
The man sustained fatal injuries at sandpit near the bog and had to be rushed to a trauma center where he died a short time later.
The man was operating a piece of machinery which spreads sand on cranberry bogs when the vehicle a apparently rolled over on him.
State Representative Steven Xiarhos was at the scene a short time after it happened and said that the owner of the bogs is devastated by the accident since it happened so close to the holidays.
Police are still investigating.
Meantime, this is the second fatal workplace accident that resulted in a fatality.
In Yarmouth, a construction worker was killed when a trench caved in on him.
OSHA is investigating.
