Investigation Continues Into Construction Worker's Death In Yarmouth

State Officials are continuing their investigation into the Revoli Construction company.

The company was working on a road project in Yarmouth last week when a worker died when a trench collapsed.

The Massachusetts Coalition for Occupational Safety and Health says the company has been cited for violations three times in the past two years.

It is also involved in a legal case involving the town of Yarmouth.

Revoli was awarded the contract since it was the lowest qualified bidder by state regulations.

The Massachusetts Coalition for Occupational Safety and Health says the company has a troubling history.

The company was awarded an 18-million-dollar contract for the wastewater collection project.

OSHA is continuing the investigation.

The company has not commented.
