The man killed in Wednesday's trench collapse in Yarmouth has been identified as 61-year-old Miguel Reis of Fall River.
Another man is injured after the incident on South Shore Drive and he's being treated at Rhode Island Hospital.
Yarmouth officials say their hearts are with both families, their loved ones, and all who are grieving during this very difficult time.
The incident remains under investigation by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, state and local authorities.
