All MA Representatives Vote Against Federal Funding Measure

The U.S. House passed a funding measure to end the government shutdown by a vote of 222 to 209 and President Trump signed it Wednesday night.

Massachusetts Ninth District Congressman Bill Keating, who represents the Cape and Islands, voted against the measure, along with the rest of the Commonwealth's House delegation.

The Democratic lawmakers have held firm in their opposition, saying they would not approve a measure that did not extend federal healthcare subsidies.
