The President of the Community Development Partnership in Orleans will step down on June 30th next year.
Jay Coburn says in his 13 years of service, the CDP has made significant progress in the expansion of affordable housing opportunities and the strengthening of small businesses.
Coburn says the CDP is in good financial shape and positioned for continued growth.
Coburn's departure is a planned move, and the board and leadership team say programs and services will continue without interruption.
