Condolences are piling up online for a longtime Sandwich Police sergeant whose watch has come to an end.
Hank Haskell died on Saturday in Florida following some recent health challenges.
Haskell spent three decades with the Sandwich PD from the late `60s to the late `90s and is described by many as a bear of a man with an honest heart of gold.
Funeral arrangements have not been made public.
