A Public Hearing on proposed zoning amendments has been scheduled for October 7th at the Sand Hill Community Center in Sandwich.
Officials say the amendments include redefining regulations for tree removal and erosion control and introducing larger-style Accessory Dwelling Units to promote a range of housing options.
Another amendment would implement an Affordable Housing Bylaw that would encourage the adaptive reuse of existing buildings and support the development of pocket neighborhoods.
