Dennis Police say drivers can expect some major traffic impacts due to sewer work starting today.
Theo F. Smith Road and South Gages Road will be closed to through traffic for around 15 weeks as crews will install a pipe.
Today and tomorrow, crews will be in the intersection, and no traffic will be allowed through.
Local businesses along Theo F. Smith, Bertram Ave and American Way will be accessible from Route 134 on Theo F. Smith for now, but as the work moves west, accessibility will change to South Gages Road, depending on the location of the work zone.
