A driver is facing charges after a head-on crash that seriously injured two 18-year-olds in Wellfleet.
The accident happened Tuesday evening on Route 6 near Shepley's Wood Products when the driver of a BMW crossed the double yellow lines and struck an Audi.
The teens in the Audi were taken to Boston hospitals by MedFlight and a 73-year-old passenger in the BMW was taken to Cape Cod Hospital.
The driver of the BMW was not hurt, and he faces charges that include negligent driving and failure to stay in marked lanes. The crash remains under investigation.
