The Warren Group says home sales increased in the state by six-point two percent.
The report also shows an increase in the median price of a home to 665 thousand dollars, an increase of a little more than two percent.
Barnstable County saw a slight decrease in home sales, but an increase in median prices to 767 thousand dollars.
Dukes County saw a 23 percent drop in the number of sales but a 15 percent increase in median prices to nearly 1 point 5 million dollars.
Median prices in Nantucket were mainly flat dropping less than a half of percentage point to 1 point 75 million dollars.
