Proposals are now being accepted for the purchase of the Sandwich Town Hall Annex at 145 Main Street.
The Town's preference is to sell the property for sustained commercial or residential activity with access to public parking.
Any proposed renovations or additions to the property are subject to standards detailed in the Request For Proposal.
The final legal agreement for historical protection will be negotiated with the Selectboard when the purchase is completed.
Submissions are due by 10 a.m. on Friday, August 15th.
