An investigation is underway following a Wednesday night stabbing in Falmouth.
Police located the victim at around 8 p.m. after responding to a home on Rose Morin Lane.
The victim was taken to an off-Cape trauma center for treatment, but there's no information on their condition.
The suspect, identified as John Wells, 56, of Falmouth, was located at a residence on Homestead Lane.
Wells was arrested and charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.
He was held without bail and transported to the Barnstable County Correctional Complex.
Wells is expected to be arraigned later today.
