A joint investigation is calling the big fire that destroyed a popular Sandwich seafood restaurant an accident.
The probe by the State Fire Marshal's Office and Sandwich Fire found the May 4th blaze at Captain Scott's Bar and Grille began in the kitchen but didn't pinpoint any possible electrical or mechanical failures, saying it was accidental in nature and not intentionally set.
The Tupper Road eatery has already been torn down as the family who owns the business is already working to rebuild.
