The Martha's Vineyard estate where former President Obama once vacationed with his family is about to hit the market.
Blue Heron Farm is made up of five properties that span 30 acres and are assessed at roughly 36-million-dollars.
It boasts a seven-thousand-square-foot main house, guesthouse, tennis and basketball courts and a waterfront stretch along Tisbury Great Pond.
Word is the asking price will be about 39 million.
