Edgartown Man Pleads Not Guilty In Steamship Authority Terminal Incident

An Edgartown man pleads not guilty in Dukes County for an incident at the Steamship Authority terminal on Martha's Vineyard.

David Capato was indicted by a grand jury earlier this month on charges that include bomb threat with serious public alarm, possession of a firearm, improper storage of a firearm, disorderly conduct, witness intimidation and threat to commit a crime.

Capato previously pleaded not guilty after being charged in Edgartown District Court.
