Edgartown Man Indicted After Steamship Authority Terminal Incident

An Edgartown man has been indicted by a Dukes County grand jury in connection with a January incident at the Steamship Authority terminal on Martha's Vineyard.

David Capato is now facing charges that include bomb threat with serious public alarm, possession of a firearm, improper storage of a firearm, disorderly conduct, witness intimidation and threat to commit a crime.

He is scheduled to be arraigned on April 28th.

Capato previously pleaded not guilty after being charged in Edgartown District Court.
