Wellfleet Emergency Services Rescues Elderly Man On Fire Road

Welfleet Emergency Services personnel rescued an elderly man who took a fall on a fire road near Duck Harbor on Sunday morning.

Wellfleet Police and the National Park Service assisted the Fire Department and deployed a Utility Terrain Vehicle to find the injured man.

Once the man was located, Wellfleet EMS stabilized the patient and took him to an ambulance that transported him to Cape Cod Hospital.

No word on the condition of the victim.
