Mashpee Man Sentenced For Fentanyl, Cocaine Distribution On Cape Cod

A 28-year-old Mashpee man has been sentenced to more than six-years in federal prison after pleading guilty to drug distribution charges in July.

Terrance Cardoza was arrested in January after meeting a confidential source in Falmouth and selling them narcotics, including fentanyl.

Police also found cocaine in Cardoza's car.

According to charging documents, "On four dates in June, July, September and November 2023, Cardoza met a confidential source in Falmouth and East Falmouth and sold the confidential source narcotics, including fentanyl and fentanyl analogue. At the time of his arrest in January 2024, approximately 758 grams of cocaine was recovered from Cardoza’s vehicle."

Following prison time, Cardoza must serve four years of supervised release.
