The Mashpee Recreation Department's 10th annual "Fill The Van" event is underway.
Town departments are collecting donations that will be picked up by the recreation department on November 21 and distributed to area residents who need them.
Suggested donation items include shampoo, soap, toothpaste, laundry detergent, diapers, baby wipes, formula, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and gift cards. All of the donations will go to local communities.
