A 73-year-old woman is staring down a possible prison sentence of more than 20 years after pleading guilty to embezzling seven-figures from her employer.
The DOJ says Susan Figuerido worked as a bookkeeper at the Carpet Barn in Falmouth for years and admitted to writing herself checks drawn on the company's account totaling more than one-point-three-million-dollars from 2015 to `23.
She's scheduled to be sentenced in a federal courtroom in Boston January 15th.
