An additional charge has been filed against the driver involved in a Yarmouth crash after a second victim died from his injuries.
A 14-year-old boy was killed on August 30th when a vehicle crashed into him and his uncle as they fixed a boat trailer along North Main Street and 54-year-old Cornelius Bottomley has now died from his injuries.
Police say 81-year-old Peter Richmond has been charged with a second count of Motor Vehicular Homicide by Negligent Operation.
The Yarmouth Police Department extends its condolences and deepest sympathy to the families who have been impacted by this tragic incident.
