Suffolk Superior Court will address the Association to Preserve Cape Cod's request for documents related to the proposed machine gun range at Joint Base Cape Cod.
The APCC filed its motion Friday, claiming the National Guard failed to respond to Freedom of Information Act requests on why it was seeking contractor bids before receiving project approval.
In a statement, the APCC says it's pleased that the court ordered counsel for the parties to return for a conference to discuss the matter further.
