Seattle is now leading the NFC West at 2-and-0.
Jacoby Brissett completed 15 of 27 for 149 yards and a touchdown.
Antonio Gibson and Rhamondre Stevenson combined to run for 177 yards.
Stevenson also added a one-yard score on the ground.
New England is now tied for last in the AFC East at 1-and-1.
