CT Man Pleads Guilty In Vineyard Armed Robbery

A Connecticut man is admitting his role in the armed robbery of a Martha's Vineyard bank last year.

Romane Andre Clayton of New Haven last week pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting a bank robbery.

Prosecutors say Clayton drove the other suspects to the Rockland Trust Bank in Tisbury, staged the getaway car, then served as a lookout while the robbery took place.

Clayton faces up to 20 years in federal prison at his sentencing in December.
