History was made on the Cape this morning.
The Eastham Fire Department held a special ceremony for the swearing in of new Chief Lisa Albino.
After taking her oath, Albino became Cape Cod's first-ever female fire chief.
She's been with Eastham Fire for 37 years and got the top job thanks to her experience and strong work ethic.
Former Fire Chief Daniel Keane's last day before retiring was Friday.
