GOP's Burke Ready For November Showdown With Democrat Lynch

Robert Burke is going to be the GOP's nominee heading to the General Election after picking up a win in Tuesday's primary for the District 8 U.S. House seat.

It was the only contested race for a U.S. House seat out of nine on the ballot.

Burke easily defeated his two challengers but faces a tall task in November when he takes on eleven-term Democrat Stephen Lynch, who ran unopposed on Tuesday.

Out of the four counties voting in the race, Burke's widest margin of victory came in Plymouth County.
