A Falmouth woman has agreed to plead guilty to embezzling more than one-point-three-million-dollars from her employer.
Seventy-three-year-old Susan Figuerido faces federal charges of wire fraud and filing false tax returns.
She is accused of writing checks to herself from her employer's bank account from 2015 until 2023. Prosecutors say Figuerido was the company's bookkeeper and didn't record the checks she had written to herself.
A plea hearing has yet to be scheduled.
