P-town is making final preparations for the big Carnival Parade this afternoon.
It'll step off from the Harbor Hotel at 3:00 sharp and head down Commercial Street before dispersing at the Coast Guard Station.
The parade route will be shut down to traffic at 1:30 and participants need to be at the hotel by 1:00 to get organized.
This year's parade will feature three Grand Marshals, including Barnstable Democratic Representative Sarah Peake.
