Swimming has resumed at a Martha's Vineyard beach after it was suspended for a period over the weekend by a shark sighting.
The shark was spotted near the shore at the Long Point Wildlife Refuge in West Tisbury Saturday morning.
Swimming was suspended for around two hours.
There have been numerous shark sightings on the shores of Cape Cod and Nantucket this summer, but only two confirmed on Martha's Vineyard.
