A Falmouth-based non-profit is planning to move off the Cape.
Gosnold Behavioral Health serves residents suffering from substance abuse disorder and mental health issues.
President and CEO Richard Curcuru says the goal is to move into the former Forestview Nursing Home in Wareham.
He cited the aging facility in Falmouth along with staffing issues.
Outpatient services would still be available to Cape residents.
The plan has been questioned by Wareham residents, and Curcuru is expected to make a second appearance before the Zoning Board of Appeals later this month.
