Vineyard Wind Debris Could Reach Truro

Truro Town Manager Darrin Tangeman says Vineyard Wind has told him that turbine blade debris could wash ashore on outer beaches in the coming days.

The offshore wind company has been working to remove debris since the blades broke off near Nantucket's southern-facing beaches on July 13.

The Town of Truro is notifying the community about the possible debris and Vineyard Wind has also been in touch with the Cape Cod National Seashore.
