The Cape and Islands United Way has announced the recipients of its 2024 Community Impact Grants.
Twenty-nine area nonprofits are receiving funds to support programs and initiatives that are important to Cape residents, like housing, women and children, health, and education.
Some of the recipients include the Homeless Prevention Council, Food 4 Kids, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cape Cod and Palliative Care of Martha's Vineyard.
