A 42-year-old Hyannis man has been arraigned on manslaughter charges connected with the fatal overdose of a woman on Cape Cod.
Shawn O’Hara pleaded not guilty to a variety of charges.
The Cape and Islands District Attorney Robert Galibois says officers responded to a home last week and found an unresponsive woman.
The woman was pronounced dead a short time later.
Her name has not been released.
O-Haras bail was set at 10 thousand dollars and will be back in court at the end of July.
The DA is providing no other details.
