A convicted felon with Cape ties is finally in custody after a weeks-long search.
State Police say Cyril Pocknett was arrested Sunday with help from cops in Falmouth and Mashpee.
The 49-year-old was released from a New Hampshire prison in May after serving more than a decade for robbery, but never reported to his parole officer.
Pocknett, a Native American, had been spotted on the Wampanoag Reservation in the days leading up to his arrest.
In addition to the parole violation,
Pocknett was also wanted in connection to a recent DUI crash near Falmouth.
