Cape Cod Commissioners Support Regional Approach To Housing

Barnstable County Commissioners are expressing strong support for implementing the Regional Housing Strategy recommendations.

The report was released by the Cape Cod Commission in May and during a meeting on Thursday, Executive Director Kristy Senatori briefed the Board on two of the recommendations.

The recommendations call for a strategy to create a community land trust and regional housing land bank and developing pre-approved building plans for housing on Cape Cod.
