The Water Department office in Harwich will be without electricity and phones for several hours today.
The outages will be in effect from around 7 a.m. until noon in preparation for generator replacement.
Officials say anyone experiencing a water or sewage problem should call 508-432-0304 and follow the emergency prompt instructions.
Those with non-emergencies should contact the office in the afternoon or tomorrow.
