The Celtics opened the first round of the postseason by dominating the Heat 114-94 to take a 1-0 lead in their best of seven series.
Jayson Tatum led the C's in scoring with 23 points. He also led all players with 10 rebounds and 10 assists for a triple-double.
Derrick White scored 20 points
Boston will look to take a commanding series lead when it hosts Miami for Game Two on Wednesday night at TD Garden.
