Six Cape Cod restaurants are now under the ownership of one group.
Coastal Hospitality now oversees five restaurants in Dennis Port and Dennis, including a sixth to open later this year.
The aim of the merger is to provide employees with better benefits, such as group health insurance, while also increasing purchasing power for food items and supplies.
The character and offerings of each eatery are not expected to change.
