The Cape Codder Resort and Spa in Hyannis is about to undergo a 40-million-dollar makeover and rebranding as New England's first Margaritaville resort.
The Buffett-inspired hotel chain has more than 40 locations worldwide.
Among the changes will be the addition of the Margaritaville-themed LandShark Bar and Grill and the 5 O'Clock Somewhere Bar.
The refreshed resort should be ready to rock-and-roll sometime this summer.
