Senator Elizabeth Warren is introducing a bill in Congress that seeks to support commercial fishermen and sustainable fisheries.
The bill seeks to modernize outdated regulations that govern commercial fishing on the Atlantic coast.
Warren says the regulations have not been updated in decades, despite a dramatic change in fish locations because of climate change.
It would also require a regular review of fisheries to make sure they are able to continue operating into the future.
