A Concord man has been charged with sexually assaulting a woman in a Sandwich restaurant.
Seventy-one-year-old Elie Jammal was indicted on one count of rape and two of assault and battery in the July 9th incident.
Jammal is accused of twice assaulting the 20-year-old victim in the restroom and the hallway just outside.
Prosecutors add Jammal was reportedly confronted by the victim's mother and others, but he alleged the victim was the aggressor and drove away before police arrived.
An arraignment date has not been scheduled.
