Stephanie Kelly, Executive Director of The Samaritans of Cape Cod & The Island, joins Kevin Matthews talk about the history of the organization in the U.S. from it's start in Boston in 1974 and formation on the Cape in 1977. They'll also discuss the 2nd Annual Beacon of Hope event coming up on Sunday, September 10th.
