There has been a development in the investigation of a hit and run crash two weeks ago in Falmouth.
Police tell us that through their investigation they have found the alleged driver in the crash that sent two people to the hospital after hitting them on Main Street.
Police identify the suspect as 33-year-old David Eldredge, Jr on two counts of Leaving the Scene of a Personal Injury Accident as well as operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. He has already pleaded not guilty to the charges and is being held in lieu of 5 thousand dollars bail.
No word on when his next court case will be.
